Big Strappers strives to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer USA customers a store credit for item(s) returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We are unable to offer exchanges and suggest sending your goods back for a return and repurchasing your desired items.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days pending product availability.

 

Orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, USA. You will receive an email with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse. 

 

Domestic orders ship via USPS. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking.

 

International orders ship via USPS or FedEx. Please allow 5-12 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking.

Shipping for USA orders over $150 USD is complimentary. For USA orders less than $150 USD, shipping is $10 USD.

Shipping to Canada is $50 USD. Shipping to Australia or Europe is $75 USD.

Returns

 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be new and unused with all original tags still attached.

 

To request a return, please email orders@bigstrappers.com. Upon approval of your request, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you. Please note a $10 restocking fee is subtracted from your store credit which covers the return label cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon inspection of the return, store credits are typically issued within 10 days of receipt to our warehouse. The store credit will be emailed to the email provided on the original order.
